SOLUTION

A flexible and co-created train the trainer programme encouraging the creation of an innovation culture.

European HR Directors brought together to experience one day bespoke Leading for Innovation session and half day Equipping for Innovation session.

22 people then identified by HR Directors to undergo two-day Train the Trainer. Hands-on training scenarios created, tailored to business units. Simple programme – easy to adapt for their own businesses. Follow-up sessions delivered in individual business units where requested.

RESULTS

Innovation is now talked about in practical terms within the business.

Internal resource in place. Innovation culture lives and breathes.

Core skills developed; enabling trainers to run innovation programmes themselves.
