STAYING RESILIENT THROUGH LOCKDOWN

Welcome to our free, easy-access resilience course and workbook.

Step 1: Download the Resilience Workbook DOWNLOAD WORKBOOK >>>

Step 2: Work through the videos on this page at your own pace, or watch the ones that draw your attention

Step 3: Engage with the activities in the Workbook, and if they work for you, make them into a habit that fits within your schedule. This is important. Wellbeing habits should never become a burden.

GROUNDING OURSELVES

Ground yourself in the here and now with a short, guided meditation focused on breathing.

EXPLORING WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Use this tool to identify your reason for being and remind yourself what energises you and fuels your resilience batteries.

CELEBRATING WHAT WE HAVE AHCIEVED

Celebrating success and learning from when things didn’t go to plan is a brilliant way of keeping up resilience levels. Even learning from failure can be celebrated, and should be!

BE KIND (TO YOURSELF)

Wellbeing and resilience practice should NEVER become a burden. Be kind to yourself. Develop practices that work for you. Experiment, try, and remember that sometimes doing nothing at all can be a powerful way of improving your wellbeing.

LET GO OF WHAT YOU CAN’T CONTROL

The world is full of things we can’t control, but oh how we try to! Use this tool to recognise what you can and can’t control. If you can’t control something, worrying about it simply saps your energy, so let it go.

SAY “ONWARD”

In times of uncertainty, even the smallest intentional actions we take can help us move forward. One intentional step a day, a week or a month can give us a boost of confidence, as well having a tangible impact on our goals. Use this tool to think about how you can say “Onward” everyday.

LEARN MORE

At The Innovation Beehive, we crack People Challenges through Innovation practice. That’s how we can to develop this programme.

We saw a need in our friends and colleagues for resilience support. We sought to understand what would benefit people working in a pressured environment.

We idea generated and developed this toolkit, which we are delighted to share with you completely free.

We also developed two programmes: coaching and a team workshop, for people who wish to deepen their resilience practice or support their teams to become stronger in the face of uncertainty. Get in touch to learn more.
